Free shipping to the United States

All orders shipped to the United States ship free, with tracking included.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another one with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after the order ships. Our products ship from our partner warehouses, and delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays or due to carrier delays.

Customs and import duties

Prices shown include any applicable import duties for orders shipped to the United States. You will not be asked to pay extra fees upon delivery.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at support@imperivo.com and we'll help resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Wrong address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
